Dried Citrus Cocktail Garnishes
If you’re into making cocktails at home, having a stash of dried citrus slices on hand is a total game changer. They instantly make any drink look polished and a little fancy, and they add a subtle citrusy aroma without watering things down like fresh slices can.

This is simple, useful, and makes you feel like you’ve got your own mini bar setup. Plus, you can make a big batch and store them for months. They’re perfect for garnishing everything from margaritas to teas, or even a glass of sparkling water.
Helpful Tips
- Slice citrus evenly at 1/4-inch thick to ensure they dry at the same rate.
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and easy cleanup.
- Check for doneness after 2 hours. They should feel dry but not brittle, with no moisture in the center.
