This easy Air Fryer Roasted Garlic recipe brings out the sweet and nutty flavors of garlic with a hint of spiciness, all in a spreadable, creamy texture.
Cut the top off of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves inside. Place each bulb onto a piece of tinfoil that’s large enough to draw up over the top of the garlic to form a pouch. Drizzle each with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Make a pouch of the tinfoil around the garlic.
Put the garlic in the air fryer and cook at 400° F(200°C) for 30 minutes. The garlic should be tender and soft. If it’s not, cook for 5 minutes more and test again.
Let the garlic cool and then squeeze the cloves out.
