These Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. Ditch the deep-fryer and get the same addictive taste, sans the guilt.
Pour the wedges into the air fryer basket. Spray evenly with olive oil. If you don’t have an olive oil mister, place the wedges in a bowl and toss with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook on 380°F(195°C) for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Do not overcrowd the basket. Keep them in a single layer, not touching so air can circulate.
After 12 minutes, is up if they aren't crispy enough, cook for another 5 minutes and check again.
