8 ounces cream cheese softened 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded 2 jalapenos diced 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 4 flour tortillas
Mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Stir together well.
Spread the mixture evenly onto both tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes or put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Slice evenly and arrange on a platter.
Dice the jalapeno and bacon into small pieces to avoid large chunks that might make rolling the tortillas tricky.
Remove the jalapeño seeds for a milder flavor, or leave them in for extra spice.
Assemble the pinwheels, then refrigerate or freeze them before baking to save time on the day of your event.
