Bratwurst Sliders on Pretzel Buns

Ingredients
  

  • 12 bratwursts
  • 12 pretzel rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup lager
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

Instructions
 

  • Grill brats over medium high heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Cut a brat in half and place two pieces on each pretzel roll. Top with onions.
  • Spread mustard on top bun and place it on the slider.
