12 bratwursts 12 pretzel rolls 6 slices cheddar cheese 1 onion thinly sliced 1/2 cup lager 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
Grill brats over medium high heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 20 minutes.
Cut a brat in half and place two pieces on each pretzel roll. Top with onions.
Spread mustard on top bun and place it on the slider.
