- 1 large round bread loaf
- 8 ounces double creme brie cheese
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon EACH salt and pepper or to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread vertically and horizontally being careful to not cut all the way through the bread. Place it on the baking sheet.
Cut the brie into cubes. Press the cubes, spread out, into the cuts in the bread.
Melt the butter with the chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium-low heat until the garlic is sizzling.
Pour the melted butter over the top of the bread, making sure the butter gets into all the slits in the bread.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
To get a crunchy top, turn on the broiler and broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve.
