Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the Chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
