Instructions
Slice the apples about 1/2" thick. Remove any seeds. Pat the slices dry.
Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl at 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until mostly melted. Stir rapidly until fully melted.
Dip the apples in the chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment paper. If you can't dip them, you can spoon the chocolate over the slices and smooth it out. Dip one or both sides, depending on your preference.
Quickly add the toppings you like, before the chocolate hardens.
Let rest for 20 minutes before consuming, so they can firm up.
