Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the whipping cream to a large mixing bowl and whip on low speed until frothy.
  • Sift together the cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the cream and continue whipping on low speed until combined.
  • Increase the mixer speed to medium and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving cups and chill until ready to serve.
