- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound lean ground pork
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
Form 12 equal-sized meatballs.
Place the meatballs, spaced so they aren’t touching, in the air fryer basket.
Cook on 380°F(195°C) for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Transfer meatballs to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
