Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Form 12 equal-sized meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs, spaced so they aren’t touching, in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook on 380°F(195°C) for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  • Transfer meatballs to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
