1 wheel of brie 2 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic freshly pressed 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves Prepared crostini for serving
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
Melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir to combine.
Pour the butter over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
Garnish with thyme. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
Opt for a whole wheel of brie with the rind intact to hold its shape while baking and create the perfect gooey center.
Use fresh garlic and gently melt the butter to infuse it fully without browning.
Baked brie is best enjoyed straight out of the oven while the cheese is warm and runny—have your crostini ready!
