Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • 1/4 cup small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1 lime juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tortilla chips for serving if desired

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
  • Stir in the diced tomato, chopped onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  • Add lime juice, salt, garlic, and cumin. Mix everything together and taste, adjusting seasoning if needed.
