- 1 pound pulled pork
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce divided
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 slider buns
In a pot over medium heat, add the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally, until hot.
In a bowl, mix the cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, appel cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Toast the buns. Place the bottom buns on a serving platter. Spread on the pulled pork, then the cabbage mixture. Top with extra bbq sauce if desired.
