- 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes some sliced in half
- 1/2 cup cheese cubes cheddar or your favorite variety
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup crackers any kind you like
Arrange the sliced bell peppers like a flower in the center of the platter. Create a smaller flower out of the cucumber slices.
Make piles of cheese, broccoli, and tomatoes around the flowers. Pile on the crackers in empty spaces. Serve the Ranch in a bowl on the side.
