Wedge Salad Skewers
This creative appetizer takes the traditional elements of a wedge salad, including crisp iceberg lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crunchy bacon, and creamy dressing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce
- 5 strips bacon cooked
- 10 large cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 large avocado cut in 1” cubes
- 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 20 4" wooden skewers
Instructions
- Cut the lettuce into 2” stacked cubes
- Snap the bacon into 4 pieces each
- Grab a skewer. Thread on a chunk of lettuce, 2 bacon pieces, a chunk of avocado, onion, and a tomato.
- Drizzle on the dressing. Sprinkle on some crumbled blue cheese.
