  • 24 Hershey's Kisses
  • 1 green gel pen
  • Green sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Unwrap the Kisses and place them in the center of each upside down cookie. Use the gel to seal the two together around the middle. Decorate with green sprinkles, if desired.
