Garlic Bread Meatballs Bites
These Garlic Bread Meatball Bites are irresistible with warm, garlic-buttery crescent dough wrapped around a juicy meatball, and you already know you’re about to devour these straight off the stick.

You are going to love these bites because they take everything great about a meatball sub and turn it into a fun, handheld bite. They come together in just 30 minutes with a short ingredient list, so you can whip these up even on your busiest weeknight or right before guests arrive.
Helpful Tips
- Thaw your meatballs fully: If you’re using frozen meatballs, let them thaw completely first so they cook through evenly in the same time it takes the dough to turn golden.
- Brush the garlic butter twice: Applying it before baking and again after gives you the best flavor coverage and that glossy, bakery-style finish on the dough.
- Skewer carefully: Push the skewer through slowly and centered so the dough stays snug around the meatball instead of twisting or unraveling as it bakes.
