1 sheet puff pastry thawed 1 apple thinly sliced 4 ounces Brie cheese cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons honey Fresh thyme for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares. Place each square on the baking sheet.
Top the squares with brie, 2 apple slices, a good drizzle of honey and fresh thyme.
