Apple & Brie Pastry Bites
These Apple & Brie Pastry Bites are the perfect blend of festive and flavorful. The creamy Brie melts into the flaky pastry, while the apples add a touch of natural sweetness that pairs beautifully with a drizzle of honey and a fresh sprig of thyme. They’re impressive little bites and couldn’t be easier to make.

Helpful Tips
- Don’t overload with toppings: A small amount of apple and cheese ensures the pastry stays crisp and doesn’t get soggy.
- Brush the edges with egg wash: This gives the pastry a beautiful golden-brown finish.
- Try different add-ins: A sprinkle of chopped walnuts or a touch of cinnamon can add extra depth to the flavor.
