Helpful Tips
- Mix and Match Fillings: Get creative with your fillings! Try different proteins like shredded rotisserie chicken, turkey, or even black beans for a vegetarian option. Experiment with various vegetables and cheeses to find your favorite combinations.
- Use Fresh Tortillas: For the best flavor and texture, use fresh tortillas. If possible, warm them slightly in a skillet or microwave before assembling the wraps. This makes them more pliable and easier to roll without tearing.
- Make Ahead: Mini chicken wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Just be sure to wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh. If you’re making them for a party, consider preparing a variety of wraps to cater to different tastes.
