Chicken & Waffle Sliders
Ingredients
- 8 ounces frozen breaded chicken pieces
- 1 box Eggo Waffles
- Butter for brushing
- Maple syrup or hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Bake or air fry the chicken according to the package instructions. Do the same with the waffles.
- Butter the waffles. Use a cookie cutter to cut out mini waffles from the Eggos. I got 4 small circles from each waffle.
- Place the chicken on the waffles. Drizzle with maple syrup. Use a toothpick to hold them together, if necessary.
- Serve with extra maple syrup or hot honey, for dipping.
