Helpful Tips
- Choose the Right Jalapeños: When selecting jalapeños, look for firm peppers that are bright green and free of blemishes. You can remove the seeds and membranes from the peppers to further reduce the spiciness.
- Use Shredded Rotisserie Chicken: For a quick and flavorful filling, consider using shredded rotisserie chicken. It saves time and adds a depth of flavor that pairs perfectly with the buffalo sauce.
- Bake for Optimal Texture: To achieve the best texture, bake the stuffed jalapeños until they are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
