Ingredients
  

  • 24 shrimp cooked, tails on (about 1/2 pound 21-25ct
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Tajin
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cook the shrimp, or purchase already cleaned/cooked shrimp.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish and lemon juice.
  • Dump the Tajin onto a plate. Wet the rim of the appetizer cups with lemon juice and dip the rim into the Tajin to coat.
  • Fill the bottom of the appetizer cups with about 1 tablespoon each of cocktail sauce.
  • Place 1-2 shrimp in each glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a little fresh dill.
