Avocado Shrimp Salsa is the kind of appetizer that disappears fast. It’s bright, refreshing, and loaded with texture. Think of it as part salsa, part ceviche, and totally scoopable with tortilla chips.

Avocado shrimp salsa

The mix of sweet shrimp, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and crisp cucumber gives it a fresh, summery vibe. A little jalapeño and lime juice pull everything together with just the right kick.

This is a great snack to prep ahead of time and have on hand whenever you’re feeling a bit hungry, but want something more balanced and healthy to snack on. Helpful Tips

  • Use cold, cooked shrimp. It saves time and keeps the salsa chilled and ready to eat.
  • Dice everything evenly. It makes the salsa easier to scoop and more balanced in each bite.
  • Let it chill. An hour in the fridge really helps the flavors come together.
