Form small, bite-sized meatballs.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to coat the meatballs.
Serve them on a platter and drizzle the Ranch dressing over the top. Serve with a bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired. If you’re serving at a party, it’s a great idea to put toothpicks or skewers in each ball for people to pick up.
