Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs bring together the spicy, tangy kick of Buffalo sauce with tender, juicy chicken in bite-sized form. Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or even a main dish, these meatballs are easy to make and sure to please fans of bold, zesty flavors. Serve them with a side of cooling ranch or blue cheese dressing for the ultimate crowd-pleasing treat.

You can use frozen meatballs to cut down on time, or make your own. Whichever method you prefer. I like to use Costco frozen meatballs. They’re very good. That makes this recipe very easy to make!
Helpful Tips
- Use Ground Chicken with a Bit of Fat – Opt for ground chicken that contains some fat (such as ground chicken thigh) rather than extra-lean breast meat. This helps keep the meatballs juicy and tender, preventing them from drying out during cooking.
- Don’t Overmix the Meat: When combining the ingredients, mix just until everything is incorporated. Overmixing can make the meatballs dense and tough instead of light and tender.
- Bake or Air Fry for Even Cooking: To ensure your meatballs cook evenly and stay moist, bake them on a lined baking sheet or use an air fryer. This method helps them cook through without drying out and gives a nice texture before tossing them in the Buffalo sauce.
