Caramel Apple Bites are a fun, mess-free twist on a fall favorite. These bite-sized dessert skewers have a piece of granny smith apple and a melted Rolo on a pretzel.
Preheat the oven to 325° F(165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the pretzels, spaced out, on the baking sheet. Top with one caramel each. Bake for 5 minutes, until the caramel is soft and slightly melted.
Top each with an apple slice and stick a toothpick in each to hold them together. Serve warm.
Notes
If you have trouble with your apples turning brown you can dip them in a mixture of 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Dry them off before you add them to the pretzels.
