Easy Caramel Apple Bites
Easy Caramel Apple Bites are a fun, mess-free twist on a fall favorite. Instead of wrestling with a full-sized caramel apple, you get bite-sized skewer of granny smith apple, and melted Rolo, on a pretzel. They’re perfect for parties, after-school treats, or holiday dessert trays, and they disappear fast.

Helpful Tips
- Use firm, tart apples like Granny Smith: The tartness balances the sweetness of the caramel.
- Cut the apple pieces the same size: Cut the apple pieces so they’re all the same size, about 1 inch works well. If the pieces are too large, they’ll be awkward to eat in one bite. Keeping them uniform also helps everything stay balanced on the skewer.
- Don’t press to hard: If you press the apple down too firmly, the Rolo will squish out the sides and get messy. Gently push the apple just far enough to secure the skewer into the Rolo without flattening it.
