Ingredients
  

For the Carolina Gold Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

For the Sandwiches:

  • 3 cups pre cooked pulled pork
  • 4 sandwich buns

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Place the pre cooked pulled pork in a large skillet over medium heat. Add a few tablespoons of water or broth if it looks dry. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Pour the Carolina Gold sauce over the warm pork. Stir to coat evenly and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes so the flavors soak in.
  • Spoon the saucy pulled pork onto toasted sandwich buns. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
