Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 packet garlic herb seasoning from the biscuit mix

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, milk, and half of the garlic herb seasoning packet. Mix until fully combined. Using your hands makes this easier.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Mix the melted butter with the remaining garlic herb seasoning and brush it on the top of the balls.
