Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions for garnish sliced, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into thick slices.
  • Mix together all of the sauce ingredients in a sealable plastic bag. Reserve some for basting later on.
  • Place the chicken in the bag and marinate in the sauce for 2 hours.
  • Thread the chicken slices onto skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to 400° F(200°C). When hot, place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side. Baste with a bit of the reserved sauce. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165° F(75°C). Remove from the grill and serve with sesame seeds and green onions as garnish.
