Helpful Tips
- Use chicken thighs for juicier skewers. Thighs stay tender and flavorful, even when grilled over high heat. If you prefer chicken breast, marinate it a little longer to lock in moisture.
- Soak wooden skewers before grilling. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Or, switch to metal skewers for a reusable, no-fuss option.
- Baste for extra flavor. Brushing the skewers with reserved marinade during grilling adds an extra layer of deliciousness and helps achieve a caramelized finish.
