Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise full fat preferred
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts in water drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach cooked and squeezed of liquid

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with fresh veggies or baguette slices.
