Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces green chilies diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Add the taco seasoning and water and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and green chilies in a bowl.
  • Spread the beef mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan and cover with the refried bean mixture then top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350° F(175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly around the edge.
