- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 2 slices cheddar cheese cut into 6 pieces each
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 12 pickle slices
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove any excess grease from the pan.
Open and roll out the crescent dough. Press the seams together and cut the dough into 12 squares.
Spray the wells of a muffin tin. Press a square of dough into each well.
Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven.
Fill each well with ground beef and top with a slice of cheese. Bake for another 3 minutes.
Top each with lettuce, ketchup, and a pickle.
