Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces crinkle cut French fries
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 pound steak sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fries from frozen according to the package instructions.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stove top on medium heat. Add the onions and green peppers. Sauté for about 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add the mushrooms and steak to the pan and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and slightly browned. Transfer to a plate.
  • Heat the Cheez Whiz in a pan or in the microwave.
  • Pour the fries into a bowl along with all the other ingredients and put them out for people to help themselves. Layer ingredients and top with cheese sauce.
