Ingredients
  

  • 1 cantaloupe peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 24 small fresh basil leaves or 12 large, halved
  • 24 mozzarella balls
  • 12 slices prosciutto halved
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • To assemble the skewers: Thread a piece of prosciutto, a piece of cantaloupe, basil, and mozzarella onto each skewer.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve chilled.
