- 4 Mandarin oranges peeled and divided
- ½ pineapple cored and cubed
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 cups green grapes
- 2 cups purple grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 small wheel brie cut into wedges
- 3 strawberries
- 20 6" wooden skewers
Place the brie pieces in the middle of a serving platter. Place a few strawberries on top of the brie for decoration.
Thread the fruit onto the skewers.
Stick the skewers into the brie to create a wheel of fruit skewers.
- You can substitute fruit you like or have on hand. I used lemons instead of pineapple.
