Ingredients
  

  • 4 Mandarin oranges peeled and divided
  • ½ pineapple cored and cubed
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups purple grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small wheel brie cut into wedges
  • 3 strawberries
  • 20 6" wooden skewers

Instructions
 

  • Place the brie pieces in the middle of a serving platter. Place a few strawberries on top of the brie for decoration.
  • Thread the fruit onto the skewers.
  • Stick the skewers into the brie to create a wheel of fruit skewers.

Notes

  • You can substitute fruit you like or have on hand. I used lemons instead of pineapple.
