Bacon Turkey Cranberry Roll Ups
Bacon Turkey Cranberry Roll Ups are the appetizer you’ll come back to all season long. Bacon, turkey, and cranberry tucked into a swirl of cream cheese rolled up to be one perfect bite.

They take just 10 minutes to make, there’s no cooking at all, and you only need six simple ingredients you can grab in one quick trip to the store. Smoky bacon, sweet-tart cranberries, and fresh green onion give the creamy filling plenty of flavor, so every bite feels festive without any extra work. They’re easy to make ahead too, which makes them a lifesaver for holiday parties, game day spreads, or a lunchbox treat that feels special.
Helpful Tips
- Soften the cream cheese first: Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes so it mixes smoothly with the add-ins and spreads easily without tearing the tortillas.
- Leave a little border: Stop spreading about 1/2 inch from the edge of each tortilla. The filling will push outward as you roll, and this keeps it from squeezing out the ends.
- Chill before you slice: For the neatest pinwheels, wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate it whole, then cut it into 1-inch pieces right before serving. A sharp serrated knife gives you clean slices that hold their shape.
