Shrimp Wonton Cups with Chipotle Mayo
These Shrimp Wonton ups are the kind of appetizer that looks impressive but is surprisingly simple to pull together. Crispy baked wonton wrappers get filled with juicy shrimp and a smoky chipotle mayo that brings just the right amount of heat. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or anytime you want a bite-sized option that feels a little special.

You’ll like this recipe because it balances texture and flavor without being fussy. The wonton cups can be baked ahead, the shrimp cooks quickly, and the sauce comes together in minutes. It’s an easy win when you want something bold but manageable.
Helpful Tips
- Keep an eye on the wonton wrappers while baking since they can brown quickly toward the end. Pull them once they’re golden and crisp.
- Adjust the chipotle peppers to your heat preference. Start small and add more if you want extra smokiness.
- Assemble just before serving so the wonton cups stay crunchy and don’t soften from the sauce.
