Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Sticks
Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Sticks offer a delightful blend of sweet and creamy flavors wrapped in flaky, golden pastry. This simple yet elegant treat combines strawberry jam with smooth cream cheese, all encased in buttery puff pastry that bakes to perfection.

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert, these sticks are easy to prepare and sure to satisfy any craving for something fresh and indulgent.
Helpful Tips
- Keep the Puff Pastry Cold Before Baking – To achieve maximum flakiness and puff, make sure the pastry stays chilled until you’re ready to bake. Warm pastry can become soft and difficult to handle.
- Cold Is Best – The cream cheese needs to be softened so it can mix with the other ingredients, but it should be cold. Everything will spread better if it’s cold.
- Give It a Good Twist – These are really pretty when they’re twisted well, so don’t stop too soon! Keep twisting until they look tight.
