Ingredients
- 12 ounce box of Chex cereal
- 6 ounces pecans halved or chopped
- 6 ounces peanuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250° F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or cover it in parchment paper. Set aside.
- Mix the cereal, pecans, and peanuts in a large bowl.
- Mix brown sugar, dark corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until it boils. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
