Lucky leprechaun chow

This is one of those recipes that disappears fast. It’s sweet, crunchy, and just the right amount of nostalgic. Separating the marshmallows might seem like a chore, but it makes the final mix look extra cute and colorful. Definitely worth it.

Helpful Tips

  • Use fresh cereal. Stale cereal will make the whole mix taste off. Give it a quick taste before starting.
  • Work quickly once the chocolate is melted. It starts to set fast, so have your cereal ready to go.
  • Add marshmallows last. Stir them in gently at the end so they don’t melt or get crushed.
