Pesto Turkey Pinwheels
Pesto Turkey Pinwheels are one of those easy, no-fuss appetizers that come together quickly but still feel fresh and flavorful. Soft tortillas are layered with creamy pesto, sliced turkey, and cheese, then rolled up and sliced into bite-sized spirals that are perfect for sharing.

These are great when you want something that looks put-together without much effort. The pesto adds a bright, herby flavor that keeps things interesting, while the turkey and cheese make them satisfying. They hold up well for parties, lunches, or even a quick snack you can grab from the fridge.
Helpful Tips
- Spread evenly: Make sure the pesto cream cheese mixture is spread all the way to the edges so every bite has flavor and the roll stays tight.
- Chill before slicing: Pop the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting. This helps them hold their shape and slice cleanly.
- Use thin slices: Thin deli turkey works best so the pinwheels roll easily without tearing or bulging.
