Helpful Tips
- Spread Evenly: When spreading the cream cheese on the tortillas, make sure to cover the entire surface evenly. This ensures that every bite is packed with flavor and helps the pinwheels hold together when rolled.
- Chill Before Slicing: After assembling your pinwheels, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Chilling helps the flavors meld together and makes it easier to slice the pinwheels into neat, bite-sized pieces.
- Garnish for Presentation: For an extra touch of elegance, consider garnishing your pinwheels with fresh dill or a sprinkle of capers on top before serving. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds an extra burst of flavor.
