These tender and juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a flavorful garlic and Parmesan mixture, then grilled for a smoky finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size chunks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, ½ the grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Reserve about ¼ cup of the mixture
