Burrata With Roasted Tomatoes
Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes is one of the easiest ways to turn simple ingredients into something that feels special. Sweet, blistered tomatoes pair perfectly with creamy burrata, creating a mix of warm and cool, rich and fresh in every bite. Serve it with toasted bread and you’ve got an appetizer that looks impressive but takes very little effort.

Helpful Tips
- Choose Ripe Ingredients: For the best flavor, select ripe and fresh cherry tomatoes. Look for tomatoes that are plump and firm, deep in color, and sweet.
- Use a Quality Olive Oil: The quality of the olive oil really matters for this recipe because it’s one of only 3 ingredients.
- Serving Temperature: Serve the burrata at room temperature for the creamiest texture. Take it out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving to allow it to soften.
