Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and ground black pepper to season
  • 3 ounces Swiss cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup ham cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Unroll the pie crust and cut out 12 round crusts (I used a 2 1/2” biscuit cutter).
  • Press 1 dough round into each well of the muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, salt, pepper, cheese, and ham.
  • Pour into each cup until just below full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
