Pumpkin Pie S’mores
Pumpkin Pie S’mores are a gooey, fall-inspired twist on the classic campfire treat. You still get the toasted marshmallow and melted chocolate, but instead of a plain graham cracker, there’s a layer of pumpkin pie filling in the middle. It’s messy, rich, and ridiculously good.

These are perfect for a fall bonfire, a Halloween party, or just a cozy night in. You can make them over a fire, in the oven, or even with a kitchen torch. They feel like a little celebration of fall in every bite.
Helpful Tips
- Use leftover pumpkin pie or filling. You don’t need much, just a spoonful per s’more.
- Keep the layers thin. Too much filling makes them harder to eat and more likely to slide apart.
- Try flavored chocolate. A square of cinnamon or caramel chocolate adds even more fall flavor.
